2 rooms on the upper floor of a detached house. Large room (18 m²) with balcony for sleeping/living with separate storage space. Small room (7 m²) for study/work. Ideal for business or study stays. Private bathroom with toilet/shower on the first floor. The washing machine in it is used once a week by the landlord. Shared use of kitchen and large sunny natural garden. 15 minutes by train or bus to Zurich city or the lake. Shopping, beautiful hiking area, forest 100 m The space The house is located in a sunny natural garden in a quiet single-family home neighborhood during the day. Guest access In the kitchen, there is 1 shelf available in the refrigerator. There is also a kettle, microwave, coffee maker and stove. No dishwasher. On the balcony you can enjoy the sun from noon to evening. The whole garden can be used, there is a sun lounger as well as table and chairs. During your stay I like to talk to guests if they like it. I am very open-minded. I grew up here and like to give tips for going out, excursions, hikes, sights, etc.
