Guest suite above oak framed garage, recently renovated. Set back from the road, quiet location (except for the noise of sheep grazing in the field next to the house). Rural setting in lovely Rutland Village, 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from historic Market Town of Uppingham with shopping, pubs and restaurants. Also only 6.5 miles to Oakham and 13 miles to Stamford. Will take around 15 minutes by car to get to Rutland Water. Private parking space. The space Self contained room adjacent to the main house. Twin beds and en-suite shower room. TV with DVD player. Tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast can be provided on request. Please note the room Room has sloping ceilings. Guest access Access to room only, sorry there is no access to the main house. Other things to note A well behaved dog welcome with prior notice for a fee of £10
