Convenient laundry facilities located on the same floor. The space The Bridmar Apartments are located in a 1910 fully restored downtown Yakima bldg. The skylights in the halls are original. This unique space will capture your imagination. It was formally a rooming house for gentlemen. A two-year renovation recreated the space from 33 original boarding rooms to 13 apartments full of character and charm. I've been renting furnished apartments at the Bridmar since 2005. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas including on-site laundry. Other things to note Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Additional periodic cleaning is available for our longer term guests - please inquire.
