It is located on the first floor in a smaller residential building and it is intended for short-term rent (on a daily bases). Apartment is unregularly furnished with lot of unique details and some designed solutions. Everything is functional, stylish modern and new. Guests have access to all the listed amenities. Maksimir 1 is modern and fully equipped apartment with all the amenities that ensure a comfortable short or long time stay. It features a living room and a kitchen separated by the counter, queen-size bed (160x200) and a bathroom. Kitchen, dining area and living room are one open space with Air condition and Central heating system, LCD TV with 200+ satellite channels is visible from all corners off the apartment. Wireless internet is free, fast and unlimited. Our Kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, and cutlery as well as with all things that make life and cooking easier: microwave, kettle, toaster, mini fridge and cooking hot plate. Spices for simple cooking are also provided: salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil. If you can find food in the kitchen or in fridge – you are very lucky! Fell free to use it ☺ Sometime it's fresh fruit, sometime cold juice, vine or homemade cake , you never now... For every guest there are coffee and tea pocket and some sweets to start the day. Bathroom is equipped with bathtub. We prepared some bathroom utensils that you might need during your stay: enough of toilet papers, shampoo, shower caps, hair dryer, some cleaning-washing products but NO washing machine. Enough towels and fresh (white) sheets are implies. You are welcome to use sundries like umbrella on rainy days, slippers if you forget yours, iron and ironing board, or 220/110 socket. We also had security in mind: protected door with two pair of safe keys, or safe box for your valuables or documents. Other amenities include radio and CD-player, iron, ironing board and 220/110 sockets. In the apartment you'll find lots of tourist brochures, historical book about Zagreb, city and tram maps. Also there is our book with some usefull things like nearby restaurants, working hours nearby stores, bakery or caffe's. With lot of candles, ambient lighting and pleasant interior you will not miss the warmth and comfort of your own home. Guest access Guests have access to all the listed amenities.
