The space Our condo is "Colorado Contemporary Mountain," with trendy, comfortable furniture, colorful art (some of it from local artists!), granite countertops, vessel sinks, wood floors, a cozy fireplace, new paint, new carpet, new appliances, tons of supplies, easy access, and free parking right outside your door. We have a FREE shuttle service that runs from 8a-5p during ski season. This is the easiest way to get to/from the mountain easily/quickly (about 5 mins) and to get to/from downtown without having to worry about driving or parking. The condo is a two-bed, two-bath bright and airy condo, and sleeps 6 people in 1 king-sized bed, 1 bunk bed (consisting of 2 full-sized, memory foam beds), and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. We even have a pack-and-play for the little ones! As owners, we spend a fair amount of time here during the year, so we've thought of all of the "little things" that make our stay better and will add to our guest's experience. We are also rather picky sleepers, so we've invested time and money to make sure we have high-quality memory foam mattresses, comfortable pillows and sheets, black-out curtains, fans, ear plugs (for very sensitive sleepers), and ambient lighting. We have luxurious bath towels, lots of games and books, and a gas fireplace to keep you cozy all winter long. The condo is south-facing, so you will enjoy bright light all day long, not to mention breathtaking views of Yampa Valley from the patio and main dining/living rooms. In addition to a large dining room table and bar area in the kitchen, we also have a lovely outdoor patio. Grab a cup of coffee (unlimited and always stocked) and lounge in one of our chairs outside to watch the sunset or the hot air balloons over the valley! Our kitchen is also perfect for entertaining with an endless supply of kitchen gadgets, cookware, utensils, serving vessels, and supplies (including a variety of spices, oils, coffee, condiments, etc.) After a rewarding day on our slopes or hiking in the backcountry, enjoy our outdoor hot tubs (rarely crowded) and dry sauna, all boasting the same incredible views of Yampa Valley below! If you've still got energy, check out our gym with fitness equipment, free weights, yoga mats, filtered water, and, you got it, views. In the summer months, enjoy lounging on our sundeck in one of our chaise lounges and watch the butterflies go by or admire some of the beautiful planters set up for your enjoyment. Steamboat is the heart of Ski Town, USA, and our condo is a quick three-minute drive or shuttle to the mountain. The town also offers awesome recreation activities every season of the year, including hiking, shopping downtown, riding bikes on all of the trails, tubing or rafting down the river, and of course, soaking in the world-renowned hot springs, which gave the town its name.
