Only for short group overnight stays approx. 4 3-4 max 5 people, please bring blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, towels. The conservatory is not an enclosed room, as everyone who wants to enter the house passes through it, can only be rented if no other guests are there, no darkening available, very hot! Kitchen only for shared use as a tea kitchen/preparation of small things Bathroom to share It is not rented for celebrations but for overnight stays!!! The space Important: When moving in, the existing house rules are accepted! NON-SMOKING HOUSE! Only the booked room may be used - additional rooms may be booked (plus cleaning costs). Shared bathroom use by all guests and owners, so please take personal items with you to your own room. Kitchen shared use ONLY for small things e.g. breakfast /dinner / heating microwave NOT for cooking/oven use, no use of the chest, 1 compartment in the refrigerator intended for shared use of the guests! Please label your own things and do not leave anything in the kitchen, as it is used by several guests and owners at the same time. All consumables must be brought by the tenant himself and the garbage must be separated correctly or taken by the tenant himself daily and disposed of outside the house, If several guests/owners are there at the same time, please coordinate the time.
