Only for short group overnight stays about 5-6 people, bring blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, towels . The conservatory is not a locked room, as anyone who wants to get into the house can only be rented if no other rooms are rented out. No darkening available! Kitchen only for shared use as a tea kitchen/preparation of small things Bathroom to share Will not be rented for a party but for an overnight stay!!! The space Important: When moving in, the existing house rules will be accepted! NON-SMOKING HOUSE! Only the booked room may be used - other rooms are welcome (excl. Cleaning costs). Shared bathroom use of all guests and owners, so please take personal belongings into your own room. Kitchen shared use ONLY for small things e.g. breakfast /dinner / heating microwave BY NO MEANS for cooking/ baking oven use, no use of the chest, 1 compartment in the fridge intended for shared use of guests! Please label your own things and leave nothing in the kitchen, as it is used by several guests and owners at the same time. All consumables are to be brought by the tenant himself and the garbage must be separated correctly or taken by the tenant himself daily and disposed of outside the house, If there are several guests/owners at the same time, please coordinate in time.
