florida vacation home in 55 + community

located in a 55 + community: Double wide manufactured home. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open floor plan, 1250 sq/ft. plus lanai and deck. All laminate floors, large kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer and a car port. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, walk in closet and attached bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Second bathroom is located across the hall. $500 Security Deposit is required at check-in. The space We are located on a dog friendly street, small pets are no problem. We also have a fenced in area for dogs to run and to play off leash in the community. Other things to note Florida has a 12% tourist tax so please remember we will add 12 % and collect that amount when you meet with the property manager at checking in or a payment direct to owner prior to check in.
