Fantastic Two Bedroom Unit. - Clean and Comfy

This 2 bedroom holiday home unit has everything you require for your accommodation needs in Whakatane. Whether you're coming for fun or a function/event, work or just a true kiwi family holiday. It is clean, comfortable, warm & friendly The unit is fully furnished and ready to go all you need to do is turn up. Right in the heart of Whakatane means you will be close to wherever you may wish to go, from a 7 minute walk to the center of town to a 7 minute drive to the sandy shores of Ohope beach. The space This is the perfect location if you want to be in the heart of Whakatane. Within 500 meters from the door you have access to a supermarket and service station as well all the fast food outlets, a bakery, hunting & fishing supplies, laundromat, liquor store and more. Whakatane high school, Awanuarangi campus and Apanui primary school are all less than a 5 minute walk away. This two bedroom unit may not be the most modern but it has all the essentials you will need for a comfy and clean stay, it has a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms, a lounge area with a TV, a kitchen area with the stove, fridge, microwave & basic kitchen supplies, a laundry area with a washing machine and of course the bathroom which has the toilet & shower. The locked cupboard between the 2 bedrooms is for house maintenance and is not for guest use. Linen is provided for the beds and towels are provided for guests to use during their stay. A basic breakfast of cereal, coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided and further cooking equipment is found in the kitchen for guests to use. The games cupboard has an assortment of indoor games and books for both adults & children to use and enjoy as well. Please remember to use everything respectfully and to use things for their intended purpose, also please clean all things that you use before returning them. The property accommodates up to 4 guests for the nightly price and additional guests will be charged a fee. Off street parking is available free for 1 car, it is around the back of the unit and close to the door. Further off street parking for larger vehicles and cars with trailers is available by prior arrangement only. NB: The maximum number of guests is 6 in total (including all infants, children & adults Guest access You will have full access to the property apart from the cupboard between the two bedrooms which is for house maintenance.
