Extra freezer also in the garage. - Large tv, board games and DVD's to entertaining when not at the beach. - A Single bed is stored in the garage for use if necessary. - Wi-Fi provided. - Mountain Bike Friendly Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking. Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade. Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties. Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard) Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.
