We are located in the most picturesque area of Lazarevskoye, on the border with the National Park and are located 100 meters above sea level. The cottage is suitable for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and all kinds of problems. Our cottage has a chic view of the endless sea and the beauty of the day and night Lazarevsky. Huge balcony for evening gatherings with a view of the sunset, the best in all Lazarevsky. (on the balcony there are chairs and a table, as well as a sun lounger for sunbathing). In the living room, if necessary, there are 2 additional places - a sofa is unfolding. Please note, we do not have "common" spaces and no one other than you does not use the kitchen, shower, toilet, fridge, balcony, etc. for the rest! We want you to have your stay at home. Floor/room with all amenities Air conditioner in one south bedroom (with separate beds). Large TV, dryer. Toilet, hot water in the kitchen and in the shower (small shower). There is a music center in the kitchen with a Bluetooth receiver so you can listen to the music to your liking (Until 11pm). There is a large and powerful fan in the kitchen, just in case :) Also, only you are provided with an additional shower room with toilet, if necessary (passage through the street, in the photo - in pink tones). For example, if you are big and cramped in the shower on the floor :) Or it will be convenient to use when returning home after the beach, etc. We always welcome our guests at the train station for free and deliver home. We will always help with any questions and even take you to the hypermarket to shop for the entire stay. Here you will not be disturbed by the noise of numerous discos, restaurants and cafes. You will not miss any holiday fireworks here. The family cottage is very popular with active and energetic people who just can't sit still. Fans of sitting all holiday in 50 meters from the sea can immediately close this option - it is not for you ;) We are on a mountain, so the way home for us - fitness! :) But how good it is to feel the body breathing and thanking you for such an energetic "workout" by going up the mountain and swimming in the shower:) The road to the best beach in Lazarevskoe is 15-20 minutes. The center is 17 minutes away. There is a parking lot for the car. Feel free to hear back from any questions you may have. For those who work remotely, this option is suitable. Internet is usually reasonably stable, with plenty of places and tables. (But I recommend having a "stock" mobile internet) If you arrive in winter or when it's still cool outside - you can start heating on the floor, this service is not included in the price, paid at the rate of 100 rubles per day for the entire period of stay.
