We are located in the most picturesque area of the village. Lazarevskoye, on the border with the National Park and located 100 meters above sea level. The cottage is suitable for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and all sorts of problems. Our cottage offers a great view of the endless sea and the beauty of Lazarevskoye by day and night. Read more about the accommodation below in the relevant section :) The space You are now viewing your floor in a turnkey house. 2 bedrooms, a living room, a spacious kitchen with a built-in panel and all the utensils. A huge balcony for evening gatherings overlooking the sunset, the best in all of Lazarevskoye. (There are chairs and a table on the balcony, as well as a sun lounger). The living room has an extra 2 places if necessary - a sofa bed. Please note that we do not have "common" areas and no one except you will use the kitchen, shower, toilet, refrigerator, balcony, etc. during your stay! We want you to feel at home. A floor/room with all amenities. Air conditioning in one south-facing bedroom (with twin beds). Large TV, dryer. Toilet, hot water in the kitchen and in the shower (small shower). The kitchen has a music center with a Bluetooth receiver so you can listen to music to your liking (until 11pm). There is a large and powerful fan in the kitchen, just in case :) Also, an additional shower room with a toilet is provided for your use only, if necessary (passage through the street, in the photo - in pink tones). For example, if you are tall and the shower on the floor is too small :) Or it will be convenient to use when returning home after the beach, etc. We always meet our guests at the station for free and take them home. We will always help with any questions and even take you to the hypermarket to buy food for the entire stay. Here you will not be disturbed by the noise of numerous discos, restaurants and cafes. You won't miss a single firework display. The family cottage is very popular with active and energetic people who just can't sit still. Those who like to spend their entire vacation 50 meters from the sea can immediately dismiss this option - it is not for you ;) We are on a mountain, so the way home for us is fitness! But how good it is to climb the mountain and take a shower to feel how the body breathes and thanks you for such a vigorous "training" :) The road to the best beach in Lazarevskoye is 15-20 minutes. The center is 17 minutes away. There is a parking lot for a car. Feel free to ask any questions. For those who work remotely, this option is suitable. The Internet is usually quite stable, there are enough places and tables to accommodate you. (But I recommend having mobile internet "in reserve") If you come in winter or when it is still cool outside, you can turn on the heating on the floor, this service is not included in the price, it is paid at the rate of 100 rubles per day for the entire period of stay. Other things to note We have set a low price for accommodation so that you can save money, so some services are provided ON REQUEST: • If you brought energy-intensive appliances: a multicooker, an electric kettle - the fee for using them is 40 rubles per day for the entire period of stay. • Room cleaning 200 rubles • A set for cooking barbecue: grate or skewers, charcoal, firelighter. 300 rubles. • In addition to the free barbecue, there is an equipped gazebo with a barbecue, good lighting, a summer shower, it is available on request for the whole evening - 500 rubles, a set for cooking barbecue, described above, is included.
