Pets on a case by case basis No parties or events allowed. A fee will be charged if guest attempts to throw a party. There is a camera in the garage for security purposes The space We have privacy, hospitality and amenities that are unmatched at our price point. We take pride in the value that our home represents. Guest access Private access to bedrooms, bathrooms, ping pong and air hockey, full kitchen, dining room, reading room & living room with a GIANT TV! Shared access to garage and driveway. You have your own spot in the third car/single car garage. Park a 2nd or 3rd car directly behind your garage spot to not block other guests. No parking on private lane! If more than a couple cars, you MUST park out on the public street and walk a small way to the house Other things to note There may be guests staying in the private, mother-in-law suite below you, please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Be mindful of your noise and no running around! NO music after quiet hours. NO parties allowed! If we find out there is a party, you will be fined $1,000. If there are guests not on the reservation who stay at the house, you will also be fined. The ONLY shared amenities are the garage and driveway. No parking on private lane! If you have more than a couple cars, you MUST park out on the public street and walk a small way to the house **We try, to the best of our ability, to keep our amenities functioning properly. If an amenity decides to go out/breakdown, we are not liable to give money back. As we all know, some things are out of our control. Hot tub, air hockey etc included. Thank you!** ***When booking for Young Living or doTERRA, the cancellation policy is strict. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. A 50% refund, if the check in date is at least 14 days away & cancellation is made 3 months prior to conference. Anytime thereafter, no refund will be given.
