Montpellier: Family home with swimming pool

Welcome to our home, in the heart of the village of Baillargues, in the agglomeration of Montpellier. Our house can accommodate 7 people, with 4 bedrooms including 3 air-conditioned upstairs. Outside, terraces and greenery, 1 secure pool. Beyond 7 guests, a rustic non-air-conditioned outbuilding for 4 additional beds, at the bottom of the garden. Close to the A9, 15 minutes from Montpellier, close to the beaches, the Hérault gorges, the Cevennes and the Petite Camargue. See you soon! The space Current availability for the summer of 2026: August 8 to 29. The house has 4 bedrooms: - On the ground floor, one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) - Upstairs, with air conditioning, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140), one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a single bed. These 3 bedrooms have AC. In total, 7 people can sleep in the house very comfortably. At the back of the garden, an outbuilding can accommodate 4 additional guests. It includes a common area with two single bunk beds, and, through a connecting door, a 5th small bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower accessible from the common area. The outbuilding is not air-conditioned; fans are provided. The house has a bathroom on the ground floor, a shower room upstairs, and 1 toilet on each floor. The kitchen leads directly onto a large living area that serves as both a dining room and a lounge. Outside: several terraces to enjoy the sun at different times of the day, and garden furniture for eating outdoors. The saltwater pool (3 m x 6 m, 1.4 m deep) is secured, with a glass barrier and a child-proof gate. Surrounded by trees, the swimming pool requires daily maintenance, but it's quick: you just need to use the skimmer to remove twigs and leaves and, occasionally, empty the skimmer. At the back of the garden, a rustic, non-air-conditioned outbuilding can accommodate 4 additional guests. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (140), and a common area with two single bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. List of main amenities: - video projector and large screen in the living room - Wi-Fi in the house - games and library for young and old - BBQ - sun loungers, hammocks We provide towels, as well as dish towels for the kitchen. Bed sheets are optional (€50 per stay, just enough to do the laundry afterwards). Please let us know in advance if you would like to activate this option. IMPORTANT: No group parties, no music late at night, etc. Respect for the neighborhood is essential. Guest access The house is private, entirely at your disposal, except for an office where we store our personal belongings. Other things to note Quiet residential neighborhood with a townhouse. Respect for the neighborhood is requested! The cleaning fee is exclusively to pay for an outside service at the end of the trip. We just ask guests at the end of the stay to empty the garbage cans, tidy up, and vacuum. Bed sheets are provided as an option: €50 per stay, just enough to do the laundry afterwards. No pets please. Located in the center of the small village of Baillargues, with a few shops (note: some close for the summer), and otherwise, supermarkets and shopping areas are just outside the village, accessible by car in a few minutes.
