The Cozy Place

You will love this serene, private sun filled room with a plush queen bed and private bath, located on a quiet, country road just one mile from quirky Main Street in Lyons. Great location for biking, hiking, reading, relaxing, attending a wedding or a festival. This is a dog friendly home, we have several of our own! Room has mini fridge, coffee maker, large high definition smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc), air conditioner and lots of natural sunlight. The space We love this room. It's sunny and cozy, just the right size. This is a lively house when our kids are home, but they are in college now and we can't have this room sit empty! Come enjoy our home. Bohemian, but also east coast-y. Country, but also quirky. We love it. Guest access You will have a back door entrance to yourselves. Walk through a small laundry room (we will quietly use the washer/dryer during the day as needed) to your private bedroom/bathroom mini suite. The rest of the house is gently separated down the hallway by an old shutter that we found recently. You will have plenty of privacy, but we are the friendly sort, so feel free to hang out in the yard with us! During your stay We want to give you your privacy but we also want you to ask us questions about our town, trailheads, coffee shops… So feel free to text one of us or tap us on the shoulder if you see us! Other things to note We have dogs! They are friendly and will not be in your private space, but are allowed in the back yard which is fenced safely in, and quite large. If you do not want the dogs to approach you please let us know and we will keep them out of the main yard. Also, we will use the washer and dryer but not too early in the morning or late at night.
