Le Hameau du Moulin d 'Almont is a charming family home, designed to accommodate 16 guests in the utmost comfort. Located in the heart of Gâtinais 1h30 south of Paris, accessible by car via the A6 or 15 minutes from the Gare de Malesherbes. The house is an old farmhouse built around 4 tiered terraces and a large park below with pool and tennis. Self-entry, caretaker available if needed. (possibility of additional sleeping arrangements with surcharges) The space In the main building you will find, - on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining table, games room with pool table, bathroom with bath and separate water closets, bedroom with 140 double bed. - on a first floor attic: a large room of 25 m2(with double bed of 140 cm, and 2 single beds) - on another attic floor: a master suite of 60 m2 (160 double bed and sofa bed) with its own bathroom (bath and shower). In the first appendix you'll find: - on the ground floor: an independent bedroom on the outside with double bed (140) and its own small shower room + sink+WC and a second independent bedroom on the outside with 2 twin beds and its own shower room and separate water closet. - on the attic floor: a bedroom with a double bed (160), a small shower room + basin and toilet (sanibroyeurs) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, independent on an external staircase. In the second annex (the Barn) you will find, - a large games room equipped with a ping pong table, dartboard, board games, fireplace and mezzanine with high-end hifi equipment. - tables, trestles and chairs to sit for 20 people. Outside: - 4 landscaped and landscaped terraces in old tiles allow traffic between different houses. - below is a 3000m2 garden with landscaped pool (wooden deck and retractable shelter), quick tennis court and boules pitch tucked under a Pin, ideal for late-night pétanques aperitifs! Please note, a small stream marks the outskirts of the property: children must be supervised. The city of Pithiviers is a 5-minute drive away and a 20-minute walk away, will welcome you: - a large Leclerc supermarket (2.5 km) open daily with a butcher shop, 24/7 fuel, laundromat, - several bakeries, - grocery, - wine shop, - florist, - several bars and restaurants, - pharmacy, and above all... a superb market on Saturday morning, open until 12:30 p.m.-1 p.m. Nearby: - Les Châteaux de la Loire (Chamerolles, Musée des Parfums 20 minutes away, Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, La Ferté-Saint-Aubins at 1 hour) - Fontainebleau (forest hike, cycling and equestrian courses 45 minutes away) - Château-Neuf-sur-Loire 45 minutes away - the cities of Orléans and Gien less than1 hour Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note 1. The pool has no gates but a retractable shelter system. Parents' vigilance remains on hand. 2. No wedding type event rentals with more than 20 participants. 3. Late check out option with "day package" at extra cost. 4. For your safety, the house is under video surveillance contract with CCTV equipment (an outdoor camera - courtyard level). In accordance with the regulations, the collected images will not be viewed or archived, apart from the following exceptional cases: property accidents, vandalism, burglary, intervention by law enforcement or reporting by the caretaker of a situation that does not comply with the regulations. 5. Linens and towels are provided (extra charge) but beds remain to be made upon guest arrival.
