Multiple wine cellars nearby. Tours 15 km away for its historic circuit, restaurants and shops The space 19th century house, in the heart of the village, steps away from the church. Old home, warm and full of charm. Ideal for 4 to 6 people ==>On the ground floor: Cozy living room with sofa bed Functional fireplace. Possibility of making fire (wood not included) Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, washing machine etc... Available: tea towels, condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, chocolate, oil and vinegar), cleaning products ( sponge, dishwashing product, laundry etc.) Wooden terrace facing south, not overlooked. Located at the back of the house (so no direct access from the street). ==>On the 1st floor: - A bedroom with a convertible bed (80 or 160 cm x200) and a small balcony with a beautiful view of the Loire. - Bathroom ( the only one in the house ) with shower and toilet ( the only ones in the house) - a landing with dressing and storage ==>On the 2nd floor: Attic room (therefore not suitable for giants😉) with 140 x 200 cm bed. Access to this 2nd bedroom is not suitable for infants (steep staircase). Caution: ==> Bed linen provided ==> Toilet linen NOT PROVIDED Baby equipment: umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub. Warning: There are no (child safety) barriers at the level of the stairs. ==> pets accepted but with supplement No parking space in front of the house but free public parking in the immediate vicinity. Possibility to park in “warning” to load or unload the car Guest access Only the cellar remains private.
