This apartment is located in the ground floor of my Villa and you have access to it through the garden area, you will be provided with a key, so you will have independence to get in and out as you like :). This beautiful apartment is located in the south-west of Madrid, in the town of Móstoles residential area called Parque Coimbra. Children between 0-5 years old are free of charges they are welcome for free to stay at home ! :-) Cradle available for kids and for free !!! We are only 20 minutes drive from the Plaza España in the heart of Madrid. Also from there, buses that leave every half an hour at this development and brings you in exactly in 30 minutes, and the bus stop is just few steps from the door of the house. In the opposite route takes you to Principe Pio's Mall, a few steps from the Royal Palace and Plaza de España. The private apartment is very bright, floors all in marble, underfloor heating, open garden view, the pool and the shopping center. Divided in: Spacious living room overlooking the pool and garden. The master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom, big window to the garden and swimming pool. Modern bathroom with shower and bathtub, sink, bathroom floor are all in glass with a particular effect cast a whim. Lila's colour bedroom is fitted for 3 people, has a closet and direct access to the ensuite bathroom shared with the pistachio bedroom. Pistachio bedroom has allowance for two people and has access to the bathroom shared with Lila's bedroom, both of them has a closet. The 8th person, would sleep in a mattress in the living room. Another independent bathroom is available, in total 3 bathroom in this apartment. The kitchen is fully furnished with all you need for your stay: fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, washer ( NOT DRYER HERE, but there is an out door hanger that you could use in the sunny season) and all utensils. The villa has 3 floors, guests have independent access from the garden to the ground floor to the apartment. * Pool available during the summer season from May to October every year. This space, garden, barbecue is exclusive for guests. During the winter months the pool will be in the maintenance process. The beds are setted up for you before arrival and a set of clean white towels for each guest is provided. Other things to note * Please place the exact number of guest in this reservation, any additional guest has a reasonable fee, if you do not notify in this reservation or at arrival the modificación of the number of guest a fine can applied. *A mattress for the guests after 8th is provided to be placed in the living room. *Linens and towels provided. *Swimming Pool available during the summer season from May to October every year. During the winter months the pool will be in the maintenance process. *Laundry, washing and drying service is priced at € 15 per load, we deliver to you washed and dried, leave it in the morning and in the afternoon and pick it up clean and dry in the upper floor. *Suggestion of pick-up service from/to the airport T1, T2, T3, T4 with a fix rate of € 70 per a group of 4 people and 2 big luggages.
