Welcome to our cozy apartment in the city center! A chance to stay in Sofia’s most exclusive region–Oborishte. The area, also known as the “diplomatic quarter”, is chosen for embassies and diplomatic establishments thus recognized as the most exquisite zone. It is just 10 minutes’ walk through a beautiful park to get to St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the fascinating Saint Sofia Church. There is a subway station across the street. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a building constructed by the host’s grand-grandfather. It has a large and comfortable master bedroom, a living area with a comfortable folding sofa and a fully equipped separate kitchen room. The apartment has central heating and an air conditioner. Wi-fi internet access and cable TV is also at your disposal. The flat has just been renovated and everything in it is brand new. If you visit Sofia with baby(s) or toddler(s) we will be happy to provide you with baby crib, 2 high chairs and a baby bathtub (please request them prior to your check in). The apartment is in the "blue zone" of the city and parking is against a fee (2 BGN per hour). There is a metro station just across the street which allow easy access by public transport. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located in a building constructed in the early 20’s and has no elevator. Still it is on the second floor. Important: Check In is possible after 3 p.m. onwards. Early check in is possible upon request. Late check out: Possible upon request if there are no other guests checking in.
