A short 5-7 min stroll to the tram station at Queen Street and you're on your way to either Griffith Uni, GC Hospital, or the Southport Broadwater. Head South to visit Surfers' beaches, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (which should not be missed) and onto the restaurant mecca of Broadbeach. With all this at your fingertips, I offer a friendly stopover for the business minded, or professional single/couple looking to explore the Gold Coast. The space Southport is the central CBD area of the Gold Coast. The tram is a 5 minute stroll from my place and will take you anywhere you need to go (with connections to Helensvale train and buses to the worlds- theme parks). Australia Fair shopping centre is approx 20 minutes by foot and across from the Broadwater Parklands area which is surrounded by the beautiful Southport Yacht Club and beaches. Guest access You have access to a bedroom with wardrobe, queen size bed and balcony plus an office area complete with printer, wifi, and books to keep you either at work, or away from work. Ask me for netflix password. A separate toilet and bathroom with a shower, bath and vanity is available to you. During your stay I'm here to help with any travel and tourist information, I've been a local for over 25 years. I dine out regularly and can point you to the best: Vietnamese Japanese Indian or Thai restaurant. Other things to note I have a little furry friend. She's adorable, but protective and will take a few minutes to get used to you. She barks at people she doesn't know but will soon settle. Please be aware when you come to the door, that she will greet you.... grrr I work and am home around 5.30 most days. If you require early entry, I will make arrangements to meet you or leave a key.
