Renovated Chalet with beautiful views

Completely renovated (2024) 6-person chalet with air conditioning and WiFi near La Roche-en-Ardenne, Belgian Ardennes. Located on a hilltop with beautiful views over the valley. A 1400m2 garden with terrace. High chair and cot available. Wonderful to relax after a walk through the nearby forests or by mountain bike. A fun learning and play park for children a short distance away: Chlorophylle. In HIGH SEASON, we ONLY rent for ENTIRE WEEKS, Saturday to Saturday. In spring 2026, new balcony = different front view. The space Fully renovated Chalet (2024). Living room equipped with air conditioning and wood-burning stove for atmospheric heating (firewood not included). Smart TV and WiFi. Luxury bathroom with infrared heating. 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 and is fully equipped: fridge incl. freezer compartment, combi-oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV (Note: content based on your own subscription). In the house is a Welcome folder and various manuals. Note: not all documentation is in Dutch. The chalet is located on a low-traffic road. Access to the chalet is not closed. Note: In July and August, only Saturday-Saturday Renovated Living with Air conditioning, new kitchen, wood stove, Smart TV and WiFi. Guest access The whole house is available except for the right garage under the house. In the left garage, there is plenty of space for storing bicycles, for example. There are also 4 Hartman garden chairs as well as a large number of cushions for the wooden chairs outside. In the left garage, there is also a high chair and stair gates. If desired, bed linen (8 euros p.p., double bed = 16 euros) can be rented. Please indicate the need in advance, payment is made in cash upon arrival. In March 2026, the balcony will be renovated and the (less steep) staircase will then be on the left. With the exception of the right garage, the whole house is available. If desired, linen for bed, bath and kitchen can be rented. Please specify this need with the booking. Other things to note In July and August, we only rent for whole weeks, unless arrival is within 4 weeks. The staircase at the front is quite steep. On the side there is an easier staircase (half as high and not steep) but that can still be an obstacle for those who are really bad at walking. Note: Spring 2026 new balcony and less steep stairs. Front facade changes. Rent of linen is possible on request. A complete set consisting of bed linen, 2 washcloths, 2 (bath) towels and kitchen linen costs 14 euros p.p., to be paid on site to the manager. Please specify the number of people. For the double bed, 2 sets are required. Bringing your own bed linen is also possible. Size of the duvets: 4x 90x200cm, 1x double bed 160x200cm. In Dutch school holidays, in principle, only whole weeks (Saturday-Saturday) are rented with a minimum stay of 6 nights. Exceptions are offers and price reductions that arise from a date of arrival minus 4 weeks. The house is not accessible to wheelchair users. The cleaning fee includes a surcharge of 10 euros as an energy lump sum. You must purchase firewood yourself. Charging car batteries is NOT allowed and causes the fuses to blow. Violation will be reported to Airbnb. In weeks of Dutch school holidays, a minimal stay of 6 days. The stairs at the front side are rather steep. At the back side, there is a smaller and easier one. But for persons in a wheelchair this house is advised against. The charging of car batteries is NOT allowed. Excessive usage of electricity will be mentioned in the Airbnb review.
