Our facility was built in the 1960s' on the side of a hill overlooking Seneca Lake. Each floor can be accessed by level ground. Our rooms all have comfortable King size beds, Refrigerators, Coffeemakers, Wi-Fi, Flat screen TVs W/ ROKU, and Hairdryers. We do not allow pets. Located at Beautiful Hector Falls,just 3 miles North of Watkins Glen,NY The space there is a 8% sales tax fee which is included in the rate. the remaining room tax fee which is 4% it's charged through airbnb website and they collect that amount shown on your bill.
