Then I started the furnishings myself, modern and airy with a Scandinavian touch. The long wooden table in the orangerie overlooking the beautiful garden is the beating heart of my house. There is an eye for homely details, such as books, magazines, candles, pillows, throws, toys, personal decor. Many guests tell me they really feel at home in our home! Here are the three hot spots in my home: > in the back of my large garden, under the trees with lights, you can relax in the cedar sauna barrel. The cedar wood smells super tasty while you set up the wood stove with the supply of logs, which I have provided for you. > in the living room, you can all sit comfortably and lie in front of the XL screen of the home cinema. Follow a sports game on TV, binge-watch a Netflix series, host a fun family quiz, it's all possible. Through my IPad on the wall, you'll listen to your own favorite Spotify music. > In the garden you sit in the evening on the wooden sofas and sheepskins by the campfire, you make popcorn and marshmallows (welcome pack xx). If you can play, take the guitar or ukulele from the wall in the living room and you sing camp songs together. The house is bright and open, from the windows you have a view of the wide landscape or the sleek garden. There is enough space for 18 people, where each can still choose their own place in the house. Behind the house is a beautiful garden, large and enclosed. You will find a large lawn, patio furniture, sun loungers, a BBQ, a fireplace, a petanque court and a cedar sauna barrel. Guest access ZussEnzo is completely at the disposal of your large group for 18 people. You have free access to five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four showers, four toilets, a spacious dining room in the veranda, a large living room with play corner, an open kitchen with professional catering equipment and a fantastic garden. Some cabinets are (partially) closed for stock. All this is included in the price: - I make the beds for you - I prepare enough bath towels everywhere in the bathrooms - In the kitchen, there is tea, coffee, sugar, milk, oil and herbs, as well as kitchen towels. - There is dishwasher powder for the professional dishwasher. - I also distribute enough toilet paper over the four toilets - There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house - In front of the house, there is plenty of free parking - Consumption of water, electricity and heating is included. - After your departure, we clean the house I do ask that you leave the house tidy upon departure, i.e. - to strip the beds - clean the kitchen - sort the garbage in the correct containers Your dog is also welcome at ZussEnzo. Maximum 2 dogs. The large garden is enclosed, so your dog can walk freely in the garden. Other things to note Our house is located in a calm street in a calm village. I count on your respect for the neighbours, so no noise in the garden between 10pm and 8am. If you are looking for a party spot, then I recommend you to look for another house! The house is large, so the water in the water pipes has to cover quite a bit of distance. There is enough hot water for everyone in the kitchen and in the four showers, but it sometimes takes a while before you have hot water! So please wait!
