Dream cottage on Gotland

The space A charming cottage on the captivating island of Gotland conveniently located close to the water, nature, and the small town of Slite. This house has it all; old charm, combined with a modern kitchen. It’s a pleasant cottage surrounded by a big garden, an idyllic place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while reading the paper. If you like to exercise, you can start across the street running on a peaceful trail by the sea. I live in a house on the same property as the cottage. This means if there is ever any issue I am ready to help. I am also a Gotland native, so I am full of advice and "local tips" of the island that I am glad to share if you would like. The Neighborhood is ideal for any vacationer looking for a quite getaway. The area is very family friendly with a playground and soccer field 100 meters down the street. If you want to walk a bit further Lännahamnn is a perfect place for a swim. Across from the cottage are forest trails which are great for a morning run or bike ride. The popular Slite beach and town is a 10 minute bike ride away. The family friendly beach has a quaint cafe, tennis courts with mini golf near by. The town of Slite has everything including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, movie theater, library, liquor store, pharmacy, banks, and a doctors' office. There is a place for parking and bus stop up the street, but remember Gotland is an ideal place for biking. Over the summer I rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
