Charming log cabin with hot tub in an outstanding, loch side location, with breath taking views across Loch Awe and the mountains beyond. Wood fired hot tub (extra charge), own beach, BBQ / fire pit area, raised veranda and large grounds. The space Cabin provides self-catering accommodation for up to four Guests and is situated on a large plot with stunning views over the loch and mountains beyond. Scandinavian, wood fired hot tub available for guests use @ extra £102 / stay to quoted prices. This includes 3 bags of logs / kindling; extra logs can be purchased locally. Please advise if required when booking. The accommodation consists of an open plan lounge, with dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and shower room. The lounge area has Smart TV (with Sky), DVD player & Hi-Fi (via DVD), wi-fi, radio, a two seater sofa, two easy chairs, fold away dining table and chairs. The well equipped kitchen area has a hob / oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, smoothy maker and kettle. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. From the lounge area patio doors give access onto the raised veranda, which overlooks the loch. The shower room has an electric shower, wash basin, toilet and heater. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed, built in clothes hanging / storage space and bedside cabinet. Bedroom 2 has two bunks. The cabin is double glazed, well heated and is suitable for use all year round. It stands in extensive grounds, has a campfire / BBQ area and parking for two cars. This is a non-smoking cabin. Wi-fi is available free of charge. Bed linen & towels are provided free of charge. Use of hot tub is an extra £102/ stay, if required. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS WE CAN ACCOMMODATE (INCLUDING INFANTS) IS FOUR. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOUR PARTY (INC INFANTS) IS MORE THAN THIS, AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT SAID BOOKING & WILL NEED TO CANCEL SUCH. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive access to the accommodation and owners possessions therein. Treat the cabin as it were your own, just replace anything you use on departure please. Other things to note To comply with Scottish Short Term Letting regulations we will need full name, address, email address and telephone number of booker / party leader. This will be requested shortly after booking, so please be prepared to provide such. The tourist attractions in the area are to numerous to list but there's something for everyone. Most of all it's about the great outdoors and getting back to nature. Free fishing from cabin beach or anywhere on the loch from a boat. Bike hire are available in village.
