The apartment is just a bridge away from the train station/old town, on the 4th floor with a private elevator: perfect for business and leisure travellers. I would love to make you feel at home! The space The 103m2 apartment was partially renovated and newly furnished last year. You will find basic toitetries, freshly pressed sheets, and cleaning products upon arrival. Kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, hand mixer, blender, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishes, cutlery. Main bedroom: smart tv, wardrobe, work space, 180x200cm bed, sockets by bedside table (incl. USB). Guest bedroom: smart tv, chest of drawers, 140x200cm bed, sockets by bedside table (incl. USB) Office: computer monitor, printer, sofa-bed, working desk and comfortable office chair. Living-room: smart tv with cable tv, wide sofa-bed, dining table for 6 persons. Corridor: cleaning cabinet, wardrobe, safe box, tall mirror. Bathroom (1.5): 1 full bathroom with bathtub and hair drier, one half bath. Laundry room: in the basement, a private laundry room with washing machine, drier and ironing station. Summer months: ventilators in every room , 2x portable air conditioners. Winter months: extra heating devices for those who prefer to have it warmer. Guest access The guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. The private laundry room is in the basement, counts with a washing machine and dryer, free to use as well. Other things to note Small children: let us know if you want a travel crib or high chair placed in the apartment. You will find plates and forks for kids in the kitchen! Surveillance: the guests should note that there is a security camera in the entrance hall of the building. There are no cameras or similar devices in the apartment. Identification: identification is required prior to check-in. I will ask for IDs and keep these on file if requested by the authorities to comply with building administration and local requirements. Summer months: this is an attic apartment in a historic building, and it might get warm. I will provide you with mobile air conditioning and fans, but the apartment does not have a built-in air conditioning system. Apartment use: The apartment was decorated and furnished with a lot of care and love. Hosting is our passion, and we derive pleasure in offering the best. This is the reason we take care of how the property is used: - Smoking inside is a no-go, - Our neighbours dislike parties and events (there are enough bars on the street to gather loudly in), - Relish your music in low volume (and perhaps avoid it altogether after 10pm), - The unit is not suitable for escorting services or prostitution (its not legal to offer your services in a location without a permit). We cherish our guests, and are very happy when they respect the Swiss quiet hours. We are a small business and cannot afford to get into trouble. Thank you for understanding.
