A modern & cozy duplex room - 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms, 55 sq.m size (592 sq.ft) with full facilities 2.) This room has 2 floors in its own room which consists of private living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. 3.) Suitable for 4-6 guests - The booking with 1-5 guests, there will be 2 queen beds and 1 single bed in 2nd bedroom. - The booking with 6 guests, there will be 2 queen beds, 1 single bed in 2nd bedroom and 1 extra single bed in the living room. 4.) The unit is equipped with full facilities such as microwave, hot shower, air-condition, WiFi high speed 1 Gbps/500Mbps, fridge, lights, hair dryer, towels, cutlery and etc. Also, we have a standing iron streamer to borrow, please kindly inform us in advance if you need 6.) There is common area provided for all guests outside the room. 7.) This room is on the 1st floor of the apartment. Guest access Self check-in with keycard and room key. / Check-in: 2 PM & Check-out: 11 AM Other things to note - Self check-in and Self service.
