We are located in the heart of Cebu City and along the road so we have to be honest that it's a bit noisy due to car / motorcycle horn. We have a friendly staff and neighbors. The space The place is huge and comfortable. Guest access It's accessible to all transportation and near to big malls in Cebu 5mins to downtown & port area. This location is at the area of southern Cebu exit. During your stay I am currently offshore so the apartment caretaker will be available to our guest during their entire stay at our place Other things to note We are not allowing our guest to smoke and or take or serve any alcoholic beverage as we have students on the other floors
