Guests are MAHRAM family members or groups of friends of the SAME GENDER only. 2. Only HALAL food and beverages are allowed to be brought into the premises. Liquor/alcohol is not allowed at all. 3. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the house. NO SMOKING inside the house. 4. Use the amenities provided in a prudent and non-wasteful manner. Turn off lights, fans and air conditioners when not in use. 5. Park vehicles prudently and do not disturb traffic and neighboring homes. 6. Maintain neighborhood etiquette and respect the rights of nearby residents. No noise late at night (especially 11pm and later). 7. Do not leave valuables in the homestay. Make sure the door is locked when leaving the homestay during the stay. The homestay WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any loss of your valuables during your stay at the homestay. 9. Please report any damage that occurs. A fine of equivalent value may be imposed as compensation for damages incurred as a result of your negligence. 11. It is forbidden to change the position of any furniture in the homestay. 12.The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 8 people only. 13.It is forbidden to take any items inside the homestay. Compensation or a police report will be made if theft occurs. 14. *Check-in time: 3 pm *Check out time: 12 noon **Please adhere to the correct check-out time, which is no later than 12:00 PM. Please call/whatsapp the homestay owner half an hour before checking out. You can ask for a late check-out with an additional charge of RM10/hour on condition that there are no customers on the day.
