Fab views, Free parking, 3 double bedroom Brighton

Self contained 3 bedroom house with beautiful views, free parking, perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :) The space This unique self contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has lovely views - looking out over the Downs. There's a dining area, it has its own WiFi, newly fitted kitchen, a bath and shower in the main bathroom and a disco shower in the other. Recently decorated throughout, new carpets, new induction hob, American fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc, plus there's space for 2 cars. I've also recently added a small projector above the TV, the blackout blind doubles as the screen and the orignal artwork throughout is my own, as are the designs for many of the throws and cushions :) New for 2026! Now with Superfast wifi, and I've added loads of books in the kitchen (the library shelf). There is also a better TV in the main bedroom (a 32 inch LG}. it is an upside down house, you enter on the 1st floor where there's the kitchen, the lounge and a shower room and wc. This allows you to make the most of the lovely views whilst in the lounge or while eating. You go down to the bedrooms and that floor has the other bathroom with tub and shower over and the second wc. You can see details of all of this within the photos. It is about 10 minutes drive into the centre of town, 7 minutes to Brighton Marina, less than 5 minutes drive to the beach at Rottingdean, a perfect location for a break by the sea, without the hassle of trying to find parking by your accommodation (which can be difficult in other residential streets in Brighton as most are permit only). .~'" . Guest access This is to book the whole house, I am based in the flat next door / underneath so available if you need anything. Access will be via a self check in lockbox. Other things to note Please no parties, or music after 11pm, house is in a lovely quiet residential area. I live in the flat adjacent so am usually around if you have any problems. There isn't access to a garden but Woodingdean Central Park is at the bottom of the road with all kinds of play equipment and football goals, tennis courts, great for families.
