stay at the foot of the city

Located at the foot of the medieval city of Carcassonne and in a quiet area, our apartment provides all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the region. Enjoy the city of Carcassonne (festival June and July), the Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi, spend pleasant moments in the Black Mountain, tour the vineyards (Minervois, Corbière, Fitou,...) or a day at the sea... We don't have parking but parking is free in the area. The space 40 m² studio. It is fully equipped and furnished. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, table and chairs, fridge freezer, hotplate, … Living room, TNT TV, sofa bed WIFI 1 bedroom with bedding (140 bed) and storage. Bathroom with shower and washing machine Separate toilet Electric heating, gas hot water 1 sofa bed 120 in the living room Private yard A key box is available for arrivals at any time (from 3pm for arrival and end of stay 10am). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR BOOKINGS OF 2 NIGHTS ONLY. Remember to bring linens and towels in your suitcases because for logistical reasons we do not provide these items. However, if this is a problem, we can provide this service for an additional €10 per bed. (dry cleaning fee) ANIMAL FRIENDLY, well-behaved pets are allowed in the accommodation. If you are coming with your pet, you should keep in mind that there is an additional cost of €10 for cleaning. Guest access Entire accommodation on the ground floor with a private courtyard but overlooked. Other things to note The coffee machine is a classic filter machine. (filters are provided) For bookings of 2 nights, linens (sheets and towels are not provided). If you can't bring linens and towels, we offer this service for €10 per bed.
