At 10 minutes drive from Aix-en Provence- TGV (taxi for 20/25 euros).You will need a car (you can park near the house) And you can rent a car at TGV Station easily There are little supermarket at les Milles, and a very big one named Carrefour (10 mn by car) Restaurants at 5 mn driving internet on smartphone works very well with 4G.i have also a 4 G Box free( please only for email, not heavy videos, because i share it with my mobile phone!)
