Welcome to 3488 Merricks - a beautifully furnished and luxuriously styled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. The property and large garden with spa is just a few minutes walk from the renowned Merricks General Store, 5 minutes drive from Balnarring shops and local beaches, close to local wineries and walks and only a 25 minute drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs. The property is perfect for a family getaway, girls' weekend or a small retreat. The space 3488 Merricks has been recently upgraded, furnished and meticulously styled to ensure that our guests enjoy a relaxing and luxurious stay. Each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own unique character, featuring super comfortable beds and manchester. Bedroom 1 has a walk in ensuite and change room. Bedroom 2 has a wall mounted TV and ensuite. The 3 bathrooms are stocked with complimentary organic bathroom products and all linen and towels are provided. The lounge room features an extremely comfy couch styled with beautiful cushions and blankets to keep you warm in the cooler months. Relax in front of the large 69 inch TV. Meals are served at the large wooden dining table which seats 10 guests and overlooks the garden. Board games, toys, books and magazines are provided to entertain you during your stay. WiFI available and USB wall plugs are installed in all the bedrooms. The stylish and modern kitchen is well appointed and features designer crockery, glasses, tableware, pots and pans and dishware. An Espressi coffee machine, coffee pods and a range of teas are provided - but if you need a barista it’s a 4 minute walk to the General Store. The laundry features European washer and dryer and large laundry trough. The undercover al fresco area is perfect to take in the garden views. Take a trip to the end of the back yard & warm yourself by the fire pit. A Ziegler BBQ sits next to the outdoor dining setting. The large picturesque and quiet garden is perfect for children to play in, or for guests to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds. There is ample parking onsite and keyless entry so you don't have to worry about carrying keys during your stay. SAFETY & HYGIENE The priority is to make you feel relaxed, safe and secure during your stay at 3488 Merricks: We use a local cleaning service whose cleaners are trained to the highest levels of cleaning and hygiene. Hand santiser and antiseptic wipes are supplied for use during your stay. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property including: Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 (either king size bed or 2 x long single beds) with walk in robe and ensuite with shower Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 (either king size bed or 2 x long single beds) with walk in robe and ensuite with shower Bedroom 3: Sleeps 3 (2 king singles) Bedroom 4: Sleeps 3 (either king size bed or 2 long singles) 1 trundle available for extra child if needed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Other things to note The property has it's own water and gas supply via on-site water tanks and gas bottles. All water on the property is filtered.
