The space Brimming with natural light, this contemporary two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence is defined by an impressive balcony taking in spectacular city views. It offers open-plan living with a large dining table as well as alfresco seating. In the lounge area, relax on the comfortable sofa in front of a flat-screen smart TV, with Apple TV, and Stan provided. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with all the cooking utensils needed to whip up a meal. Both bedrooms are fitted with a plush queen-sized bed topped with hotel-quality linens. Each room has heating and air-conditioning creating a comfortable year-round retreat and there are built-in wardrobes to store your belongings. There are two bathrooms presented with a generously sized shower, toilet and mirrored vanity stocked with complimentary toiletries for your perusal. Guests have access to an internal washing machine and dryer, located within a cupboard. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. We are not able to provide lockbox access due to council rules. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover. *Please note there is an additional fee of $30 after 9pm for key handovers. If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $30 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person. You will be asked to provide Identification in the name of the registered Guest in order to obtain the keys; please ensure this is available to avoid disappointment of not being able to access the property upon arrival. Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.
