Spend a pleasant stay as a couple, with family or friends in this large, functional and comfortable 2-room flat, ideally located in the heart of the new eco-district and at the foot of the RER A train station, which will take you to Disneyland Park in 3 minutes and to Paris in 35 minutes! The space ★★★★ All surfaces regularly handled with hands are FULLY DISINFECTED after each stay. ★★★ This cosy flat is equipped and composed of 2 rooms with all comforts: - one room with a double bed (2 persons) - a second bedroom with 2 single beds (1 person each) with sheets, pillowcases and soft plaids for the winter! - a baby bed (umbrella bed type) with sheets and a sleeping bag for baby - games and books for your children - a HD TV - a luggage rack - a table with an iron - power strips, always useful! - clothes hangers - a hoover for easy cleaning - tourist guides, metro maps, emergency numbers - a first aid kit - a fire detector - carbon monoxide detector - 2 fans available The kitchen is equipped with : - 2 ceramic hobs - a refrigerator - a microwave oven - a dishwasher + tablets (it's still the holidays!) - a coffee machine - a kettle - a toaster - tea, coffee and sweets for the young and old! - crockery and kitchen utensils - cutlery suitable for the little ones - kitchen essentials: sugar, salt, pepper and oil - a step stool for the older children ;) - washing-up liquid and hand soap The bathroom is clean and functional: - a bathtub - a towel for each person - a bath mat - a hair dryer - 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo A plus: a separate toilet! You have a private Wifi just for you as well as a television with all the channels associated with the Box! In addition, a private parking space in the basement is available to you free of charge. Access to the car park is by remote control. The residence is very quiet and fully secured, an access badge and a remote control for the car park will be given to you on your arrival. Guest access CAR: Private and secure parking space. Don't waste time looking for a parking space. TRAIN STATION: The train station is located only 200 meters from the flat, in 3 minutes on foot! AIRPORT: to access the flat from Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly airport, the best value for money is a taxi, Uber, or Heetch. The arrival in the premises is done independently. The entrance to the flat is done through a secure key box. The flat is totally dedicated to you. Other things to note We would like to know a little more about you before you arrive so please fill in your Airbnb profile :-) The residence has a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers, with free access (payment by credit card or coins) on the ground floor. After your stay, if you wish to visit without luggage, we advise you to use the lockers located at the entrance of the Disneyland park at the Marne la Vallée - Chessy station. Please bring some change as there are no cash dispensers on site and the lockers do not give change, so you will need to make up the change. If your luggage is fragile, the cast member will stick a sticker on it to indicate this to his colleagues.
