House of Villa Maindi - Pennabilli

In the regional natural park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello, Villa Maindi is a group of houses at the foot of the verdant Monte Canale that rises towards Pennabilli. The house overlooks the farmyard where the fountain feeds the washhouse. From the village there are many hiking trails, one of which leads to the Canaiolo stream for swimming. There are two pleasant swimming pools nearby and the Adriatic Sea is 50 km away. The space The house, with an area of about 90 square meters, can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are three bedrooms, one of which is approximately 14 square meters and the other approximately 20 square meters, with 2 bathrooms. The 32-square-meter living room with open kitchen overlooks the shaded terrace and the farmyard, which is very pleasant for various lunches. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. All the windows have mosquito nets. For those who need a space for remote work, it can be set up in the various rooms. There are no other people on the property. Guest access The terrace is reserved for guests for lunches. The garden allows you to relax on the deckchairs.
