The space The apartment is located at first floor of the Villa in a very quiet and green area, few minutes walk to several Spa Resorts, swimming-pools, shopping area and train station. MAIN RULES and CONDITIONS • The price for 2 or 4 persons is for 2 big double rooms. The price for 5 or 6 persons is for 3 big double rooms. If you need more rooms, there is an additional cost of Euro 18 per day per room added. • The heating and air conditioning have an extra charge according to the usage and the season. The cost depends on the real consumption. • The final cleaning of the apartment is included if at check-out the apartment is given back at same condition as you find it at check-in. Otherwise you will have to pay Euro 50 for final cleaning. • The use of electricity, gas and water is included subject to a normal and average use. • Be aware that a security deposit for eventual damages is applied. .
