Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. The beds are made for your arrival. Cleaning is your responsibility. Heating: Use according to your comfort needs. Electricity consumption will be collected and charged on your departure (20kwh per day offered, €0.20 per additional kwh). The space This accommodation is located in a very quiet and pleasant bucolic environment. You can freely enjoy the 2 hectares of the property which includes a valley with a small watercourse. The city center is 900m away and accessible on foot by a gentle path (bicycle, pedestrians). The rooms are well lit by large windows and the view is clear on the countryside. Guest access The full apartment is at your disposal. It is located on the 1st floor with an independent entrance. The property composed of grasslands and spaces separated by hedges, is to be shared with another rental. Other things to note Sheets are provided for all beds (fitted sheet, duvet cover and duvet, pillowcase and pillow) 6 bath towels and 2 dish towels are provided per 7-day period. Cleaning of the cottage is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before checkout. The cottage must be left in a perfect state of cleanliness or the cleaning package will be charged according to the following scale and deducted from the deposit or paid at the time of departure: Cleaning package 1: 30 euros = floor and window cleaning necessary Cleaning package 2: 60 euros = floor, window, kitchen and bathroom cleaning necessary Cleaning package 3: 120 euros = floor, window, kitchen, bathroom, dishwasher, toilet cleaning necessary Heating: in the necessary periods, the radiators must not be set to a maximum of 20 degrees.
