A space of nature and tranquility 800 m from the center of Villedieu with quick access by A84 to the roads of Mont Saint Michel, Granville and the many sites and beaches of the department of Normandy. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. The beds are made for your arrival. Cleaning is your responsibility. Heating: Use according to your comfort needs. Electricity consumption will be recorded and invoiced upon checkout (20 kWh per day offered, €0.20 per additional kWh). The space This accommodation is located in a very quiet and pleasant bucolic environment. You can freely enjoy the 2 hectares of the property which includes a valley with a small stream. The city center is 900 m away and accessible on foot by a gentle path (bicycle, pedestrians). The rooms are well lit by large windows and the views are unobstructed over the countryside. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. It is located on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. The property, consisting of grasslands and spaces separated by hedges, is to be shared with another rental. Other things to note Sheets are provided for all beds (fitted sheet, duvet cover and duvet, pillowcase and pillow) 6 bath towels and 2 tea towels are provided per 7-day period. The cleaning of the gîte is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before departure. The cottage must be left in perfect condition of cleanliness or the cleaning fee will be charged according to the following scale and deducted from the deposit or paid at the time of departure: Cleaning fee 1: 30 euros = floor and window cleaning required Cleaning fee 2: 60 euros = floor, window, kitchen and bathroom cleaning required Cleaning fee 3: 120 euros = floor, window, kitchen, bathroom, dishes, toilet cleaning required Heating: during the necessary periods, the radiators must not be set to a maximum of 20 degrees.
