We rent our cottage "Sonnenschein B53" Located in the Machtlos holiday park (Ronshausen Hessen). It has 68 m². We warmly welcome guests who appreciate nature and tranquility. Walks right from the entrance to the house. On the ground floor there is a hallway, a small bathroom with shower, a living - dining area and a small kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms (2 beds with 1.60 m x 2.00 m) Parking for 1 car at the front door More parking spaces in the park The space On the ground floor is the living/dining room, which is furnished with a couch (relax function) and a dining table (extendable). The kitchen is accessed via the living area. This is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, SodaStream and an oven with integrated microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and a small window. Our terrace is covered and invites you to relax. The bedrooms upstairs have a double bed and a plateau with ladder. The single bed can be pulled out if needed. See pictures. If needed and by arrangement, there is a travel cot for our little guests. Linens and towels are included. The house also has air conditioning. There is also an infrared heating cabin. This can be used via code and fee. Our vacation home is supplied with electricity independently via our photovoltaic system in Bavaria. In addition, there is a balcony power system with storage in the house. We welcome business travelers max. 2 people. Since only 2 beds are available. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house. Other things to note Additional costs are Tourist tax 1€ per person/night is to be paid on site and will be forwarded by us to the municipality of Ronshausen. Price is for occupancy by 2 people; each additional person is €10.00
