The apartment is strategically located less than 15 min off the highway, 30 minutes from Rome by train (the station is 5 min from Il Ciliegio) and 30 minutes from Tivoli by car. A few minutes away from the thermal pools of Cretone and the old towns of Monterotondo and Palombara Sabina. Very conveniently our train's last stop is Fiumicino airport. Beautiful walks, bike rides, trails, old towns, great food, slow living, and the "eternal city" next door. The space We have a wonderful garden with flowers and fruit trees. A spacious Gazebo with bbq stands in the middle of the garden for you to enjoy and use as you prefer. The apartment is beautifully furnished with antique Italian furniture blended with a modern touch to enhance relaxation. All mattresses are brand new and top quality. We take extreme care to go by the rules and guide lines of our country, to keep our space sanitised and safe. My family and I live on the top floor so although you will have maximum privacy you can always count on us for any problem. Guest access Whether you are alone or a group of 8 you have the whole apartment to yourselves. A Living room with a top quality sofa double bed if needed, big bathroom, a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, the patio, the gazebo. We invite you to fully enjoy the garden, still keep in mind that although private it is a passing area. Children under 3 don't pay. The apartment is very cool in the summer because of its big walls. In the winter we have heating. The apartment is on the ground floor, no stairs, one step here and there. Other things to note If possible I do recommend renting a car for there are so many beautiful spots to visit and places to eat here in the Sabina country side. Our area is ideal for walking (visiting the towns of Palombara Sabina and Monterotondo) and hiking (with the nearby Gennaro and Pellecchia Mountains). Also the famous Villa D'Este is only 30 km away.
