Quiet and cool (air conditioning), between lake and mountain

"Le merle enchanteur" gîte, near Lake Paladru (5th largest natural lake in France): in a green setting, south-facing and cool, away from the crowd, come and enjoy a stay in the fresh air, and let yourself be lulled by the song of birds. Located between lake and hills, the gîte is the starting point for many activities: boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking... The lake will amaze you with the beauty of its turquoise waters. Paladru Beach 2 km away. Skiing in Chartreuse 45 minutes away! The space The gîte, on the ground floor, consists of a 27 m2 living room-kitchen, a 12 m2 bedroom with closet and an 8 m2 shower room. A large private terrace (50 m2) and a small garden, also private, facing south, will allow you to eat outside and enjoy the view, in the shade or in the sun according to your desires... The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. The bedroom, with two twin beds, can accommodate two children (separable beds), or a couple (joined beds). Just ask in which configuration you want the room to be prepared. The shower room is equipped with a washing machine. TV, Wi-Fi, barbecue, table, bench and garden chairs, children's games complete the classic facilities. Sheets and towels are provided. The Wi-Fi connection and the equipment (desk) allow you to telework in an ideal setting! The vacation rental is also equipped to accommodate children under two years old (baby bed, seat). Committed to an eco-responsible approach, we provide recycling bins. There's also a compost bin in the parking lot. The insulation of the gite has been redone recently: insulation from the outside of the walls, PVC roller shutters on all windows. Solar panels provide part of the electricity. All lights are LED, and we provide a guide to eco-friendly behavior. Electric vehicles welcome! Guest access The gîte has independent access and a large private parking space in front of the entrance. Everything is on one level (no steps).
