It is a ground floor annex to the main house. There is a luxurious super king size bed for sleeping. Modern kitchen. Washing machine and tumble drier facilities available upon request. Parking on site (off street). On regular bus route to Nottingham city centre. Wifi and Freeview TV. Good local amenities. The space A self contained ground floor annex, providing a very private place to stay. The accommodation comprises of a lounge/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. You are not overlooked in all directions. There is ample on site parking availability. We have a lovely private 1/3 acre garden with a patio/pond area, vegetable/greenhouse plot and mature trees to front and back. The decoration/fittings are modern, and to a high standard. The bedroom has a super king size bed. The kitchen is state of the art with a ceramic hob, built in oven, microwave/grill, extractor fan and fridge. The bathroom includes a good size walk in shower. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via your own door and not through any other part of the owners house. Other things to note If you are interested in cricket, we have the Test match venue of Trent Bridge in Nottingham. We are on a direct regular bus route which drops you off outside the cricket ground - door to door service. All Hotels in Nottingham and surrounding area, book up quickly (and are very expensive during test match periods). Why not use us for your ideal Cricket match comfortable self contained accommodation. Our property is set back from the road, making it very quiet with easy access from Station Road. We will provide basic breakfast items such as milk/tea/coffee/sugar.
