Farmhouse, air-conditioning, private spa and pool, independent entrance

Large stone farmhouse ( 80 m2) located at the foot of a "circulade" village, in the middle of a green setting. Although attached to the owners' house, the Mazet allows you to enjoy total privacy with an independent and self-contained entrance ( keypad ), carport, private spa and garden.(Ping pong table, swing and bowling alley in garden ) You may share the use of the pool with us, but, concerned about your tranquility, we rarely use it. The space The mazet is a large old farmhouse ( 80 m2) that has been completely renovated and retains the charm of the old. A self-contained entrance to the garden by digicode and electric gate and a private car location protected from the sun bring you total independence. Our tenants are perfectly protected from the eyes because even though it is adjoining, it is only by an angle of house and it is set back from ours. There is no overlook either on the farmhouse or on the garden or even at the pool. We are located in a large, very wooded lot ( for the most part, trees over 30 years old ). Fresh foliage is the best of shade ; despite this, electric blinds or umbrellas are there to bring a little coolness to the garden, in addition to the pool or spa, of course ! A little away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of the village and its shops, it remains accessible on foot in less than 3 minutes ( from the mazet). Lots of tastefully decorated living spaces, real comfort and serenity are our key words in our rental. Guest access The mazet is entirely reserved for tenants ( and only them ) as well as the entrance terrace, the small fenced garden with the spa , garden furniture and plancha. A common entrance from the street is made with an electric gate ( remote control for tenants ) ; a private and fenced carport is reserved for tenants as well. The pool area, barbecue and bread oven area as well as the boulodrome and wooden swing are to be shared with the owners ( no other tenants ). Other things to note Due to the coronavirus, a cleaning of the Mazet is set up, necessarily, after each stay by a professional and myself : ventilation, cleaning and disinfection of floors and very frequently touched parts such as wrist, light switches, remote controls, stair railing, chair backs... Linens and towels are also provided. The bed sheets, which were made before the arrival of the tenants, will be placed on each bed to avoid a new handling (complete set).
