Grandma's Senior House in Zushi (無料駐車場）

The house was built over 70 years ago and has been renovated to be barrier-free for wheelchair users. Handrails are everywhere in the house and the entrances are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and dishes. There is a bathroom dryer, but if you want to sun dry, there is also a drying rack in the backyard. Zushi Station is a 15-minute walk, Higashi-Zushi Station is 8 minutes, and Jinmuji Station is 7 minutes. In summer, I think the flowing pool in Daiichi Sports Park will be a fun playground for children. This house is accessible, many handrails and enough facilities to live. There is a park with a flowing pool in front for kids. You can use either Higashi-zushi station or Jimmuji station. If you want to go to Kamakura, you can walk to Zushi station, which is the next station from Kamakura. The space No one else will come and go during your stay. Please refrain from entering the signed door of Staff only. You can use this house for yourself. No one use here while you are here. This house has bathroom dryer. Guest access No one use this house except you. Other things to note It is a very old house that has been renovated. We use soundproof walls, but you may hear the sound of the neighbors. Please be quiet as it is a residential area. There are many trees and flowers around the house, and various insects come out in early summer. Sometimes spiders may move around the house, but Japanese spiders are beneficial insects and do not harm people. This house which I renovated is very old. You may hear noise from the next door.
