Enjoy coffee in the morning with a fantastic lake/pool view. Pool is available for our guest upon signing a waiver. Please note Jacuzzi doesn’t heat only has jets available. Room Includes: -Coffee maker with free coffee,cream, sugar and water. -Spacious refrigerator -Comfortable queen bed and air mattress if is requested. -Bar/Breakfast table -Flat screen TV with cable included. - WIFI available -Air Conditioner -Iron and Iron table -towels - Hair dryer - hangers Please ask we are flexible with check in and check out and any other amenities you would need. Only on Sundays check in would be after 4pm. Guest access -Pool- available just need to sign a waiver. - Pond - Parking - outside table to have your morning coffee -Private entrance is on the right side of the house. - Keypad door lock to enter when you want.
