STR#: 000031 The space Nestled in the middle of a full acre property, our studio and yard allow ample room to spread out during your stay. This cozy and inviting space is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the mountains, working, or enjoying Leavenworth. The living room features comfortable seating, such as a plush sofa and chair, ideal for sinking into and reading a book. The Mountainscape Sanctuary is minutes away from our local mountain biking trails, cross country skiing trails, downhill ski resorts, access to the Wenatchee and Icicle Rivers, and numerous hikes such as Colchuck Lake and The Enchantments. For your entertainment, we've provided a flat-screen TV with Apple TV streaming services, allowing you to catch up on your favorite shows or watch a movie. There's also high-speed Wi-Fi access, so you can stay connected with friends and family or catch up on work if needed. The living space also boasts plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. To ensure your comfort, the Sanctuary is equipped with air conditioning and heating so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. The studio features all of the amenities you could want for a visit to Leavenworth including, a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Our kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare light meals and snacks during your stay. You'll find a compact refrigerator, perfect for storing your favorite beverages, and snacks. There's also a microwave for heating up leftovers or making popcorn for a movie night in. For those who love coffee, we've provided a 5 cup coffee maker, so be sure to bring your favorite roast! There's also a toaster for your morning toast or bagel. As an added bonus, we have a crockpot that you can prepare a meal in to enjoy after a long day of adventuring. The kitchenette comes fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and silverware, making it easy to enjoy a simple meal or snack without having to leave the comfort of the Sanctuary. There's even a small dining table with seating for two, perfect for enjoying a meal or playing a game of cards. While there is no stove or oven in this kitchen, we've made sure to provide everything you need to prepare simple meals, from a cutting board and knives to a can opener and corkscrew. The owners live on site in the main house and are mountain sport and adventure enthusiasts that would love to share their knowledge of the area with you! Guest access Guests will have access to on-site parking (Room for 2 cars), our private studio apartment, the back deck with full sized BBQ, hot tub, and the back yard which is about a half acre with views of the Cascade Mountains. Other things to note The Mountainscape Sanctuary is the perfect launch point for all of you outdoor activities around the Leavenworth area, while still allowing for very easy access to downtown. If you plan on coming to mountain bike, Nordic Ski, Downhill Ski, float the river, hike the Enchantments, or really do any sort of outdoor adventure, be sure to let us know.
