Sea view, sound of surfing in any season, tranquility of the apartment, close to the beach for walking, swimming or resting...here are all the assets. Shops including a supermarket are within walking distance as well as the thalassotherapy center. The space We thought about your comfort: - The beds are made before your arrival and towels at your disposal. - Philippe Starck armchairs - equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, teapot, ... - Flat screen TV, wifi, DVD player, CD player, radio. - The bedroom bed is very cozy and good size 160 X 200. - Corian countertop (easy to maintain) - Bosch appliances. The major advantages of this holiday accommodation are the proximity to the beach (just the street to cross through a small door) and the 8 m2 terrace with this magnificent view! Other things to note Arrivals and departures take place on Saturday and minimum stay is 7 nights. We accept stays of at least 3 nights on the chosen day, from the beginning of October to the end of March at the price of €80 per night. A cleaning fee of €30 is required.
