The house of happiness

Small accommodation on the ground floor of my house with a bedroom, bathroom and equipped kitchen in a very quiet area close to Valence and 10 min from the highway entrance. Free and shaded parking 50 m away at the stop sign on the left. Numerous buses nearby, shopping area and an Auchan. It is possible to get there on foot. The house has a garden. I would love to welcome you and share the ground floor of the Maison du Bonheur with you. The space Small accommodation consisting of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bathroom and kitchen. Extra bed with the armchair convertible into a 1.80 m bed if needed next to the bathroom in the main room. Only one front door serves your home and the floor where I live. The bedroom is closed by a door as well as the bathroom and kitchen area constituting the main room. Connected Smart TV, 160 channels and Netflix apps, YouTube… (you need to have an account for paid apps like Netflix to be able to access the content).
