The space The best thing about the apartment is undoubtedly the beautiful views from all the rooms (views over the coasts of El Alquián, Almería, Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar). You can enjoy seeing the sea without any building that limits your field of vision while you have breakfast, when you wake up or when you cook. You can hear the waves at night or be on the beach in 2 minutes because you only have to go down and cross the Paseo Marítimo. I have lived in and enjoyed this apartment for many years, which is why I have taken care of every last detail to make sure it remains as cozy and comfortable as it was when I lived here. You'll find all kinds of kitchen utensils and useful accessories such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, cleaning products, or a first aid kit in case there's an unforeseen event. The refrigerator and water heater are newly purchased. I have installed the best quality PVC windows that insulate from heat and noise so that you can enjoy your rest, and with fiber optics you can surf at full speed without paying any additional cost. The 2 air-conditioners will cool the apartment within minutes. In addition to the 135 cm double bed in the bedroom, in the living room you will debut an Italian-opening sofa bed for 2 people. In addition, the block has an elevator, so you won't have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The apartment has a small balcony (approximately 3 square meters) from which you can see Alquián, Almería, and on clear days, even Roquetas. I can send you a list of restaurants/clubs/taverns and bars where you can have tapas and eat very well in Almería and its surroundings (There are many places and they did not fit in the "Guide" section). Guest access The development where the apartment is located has 2 swimming pools, a large one (about 30 meters x 20 meters approximately) ideal for swimming, but it also has an area where you can stand. The second pool is small, for babies and small children. The condominium has well-maintained gardens with natural grass and parks where children can play safely, where you can organize dinners or meals with friends, two tennis courts and a soccer field. You can make free use of all the facilities in the development, including the tennis courts. Other things to note There is a common area below the apartment, and during the summer months, the owners gather for lunch and dinner.
