The enclosed garden has a large lawn and jungle gym for kids to play. It overlooks agricultural land. The house is fitted with an inverter and battery so you won’t experience loadshedding. The estate has private access to a municipal park with a play area for kids. It is not a gated estate, but we have security cameras that monitor the perimeter.
