The open plan ground floor has a well-equipped living area with welcoming log burning fire, TV in English, French, Dutch & German, DVD player and Nintendo Wii. It has large comfortable sofas. From the living room you enter the dining area, with its large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped, including with a microwave, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The property opens out through French windows onto a private patio and garden. The private patio has a large covered area allowing you to dine al-fresco all year round. The low mobility bedroom has its own double door onto the patio. The property has its own private garden (not fenced) complete with original stone bread oven. The private garden has access out to the large communal gardens, sports area and the children's play area ('Skyfort', swings, slide), along with access to the free car park.
