Ground floor of about 80 m²: dining room, independent kitchen, living room with a fireplace. 1st floor 4 adult bedrooms bed 140 × 190 1 children's dormitory bunk bed 90 × 90 and 2 beds 80 × 190, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. 1 children's bedroom in the attic 3 beds 80 × 190. The house is separated from the lake by a road (child supervision). The beach and port of Conjux are 500 m away.
